When you browse this site, send a proposal request, fill in a contact form or subscribe to the newsletter, we may process your name, company name, phone number, e-mail address, message content and technical logs such as IP address, browser type and the pages you open.
We use this information to answer you, to run the site, to measure traffic and to meet legal record-keeping duties. Form fields that are not required are optional.
This section applies to every game and every application that Kurumsal Data publishes on Google Play Store. It also applies to later versions of those titles, to testing tracks and to in-app services that we operate for those titles.
The data a title may process depends on that game or application. Across our Play Store catalogue the following categories may be used, only where the title actually needs them:
Some titles include advertising, analytics, crash reporting or cloud service libraries provided by Google or other partners. Those libraries may collect data on their own terms. Where a title uses such a library, that collection is treated as part of the title’s data practice and is covered by this policy together with the partner’s own notice.
We do not sell personal data from our Google Play Store games or applications. We do not use data from a Play Store title to build a marketing profile for unrelated products, unless the title itself describes that use and you can refuse it.
If a game or application creates an account or stores a player profile, you can ask us to delete that account and the related data by writing to bt@kurumsaldata.com and naming the title. We will complete the request within a reasonable time, unless a legal duty requires us to keep a limited record.
If you have already uninstalled the title, the same e-mail address is enough. Please include the Google account e-mail you used, the title name and, if you have it, the player or order identifier.
Permissions shown on Google Play or on the device (for example storage, network, notifications or advertising identifier) are requested only for the functions of that title. You can withdraw a permission from the device settings; some features may then stop working.
AD Management Controller, File Server Control Center and Endpoint Manager are installed in the customer’s own environment. Directory data, file-server records, agent inventory and security findings stay on the customer’s network unless the customer chooses to send a support package to us.
If you open a licence, download, partner or support request, we process the contact and company details you give us, licence keys and technical notes needed to deliver that service. We do not use customer directory contents for advertising.
We process personal data to provide the site, the software and the Play Store titles; to answer requests; to keep services secure; to measure and improve quality; to meet accounting and legal duties; and, where ads are shown in a Play Store title, to display and measure those ads.
The legal grounds we rely on under Turkish Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, where it applies, other privacy laws are: the performance of a contract or pre-contract steps, our legitimate interests that do not override your rights, a legal obligation, and your consent where a permission or optional field requires it.
We share data only when it is needed to run the service or when the law requires it. Typical recipients are hosting and e-mail providers, payment processors for website or licence payments, and — for Google Play Store games and applications — Google Play Services, Google Play Games, Google Play Billing and any advertising or analytics partner named in that title.
Public authorities may receive data if a valid legal request is made. We do not give unsolicited access to marketing lists.
This website uses cookies to keep the site working and to understand how it is used. Details are in the Cookie Policy. You can change cookie choices in your browser at any time.
Website form records are kept for as long as needed to complete the request and to meet legal retention rules, then deleted or anonymised.
Play Store game and application data is kept while the title is used, while a linked account remains open, or for a short diagnostic period after a crash. When you ask us to delete an account, we remove the related profile data except for records we must keep by law.
Licence and invoice records are kept for the periods required by commercial and tax law.
Under KVKK you may ask us whether we process your data, request a copy, ask for correction or deletion, object to processing, and learn to whom data has been transferred. You can send these requests to bt@kurumsaldata.com.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu).
Our website and business software are intended for organisations and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through those channels.
For Google Play Store games and applications, a title that is directed at children does not ask for more personal data than the title needs to function. Parents or guardians can write to bt@kurumsaldata.com to review or delete a child’s data. If we learn that we have collected a child’s data without a proper basis, we delete it.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, including encrypted transport (HTTPS) on this site and access limits on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely risk-free. Please keep your own device, Google account and passwords under your control.
We may update this policy when our site, software or Google Play Store games and applications change. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version. Continued use after an update means the new text applies to later processing.
Write to us if you want to review, correct or delete your data, including data from a Google Play Store game or application.
